WINDOWS Extensions for XOP 2.1 (Installation notes)
               ===================================================

IMPORTANT: The installation of XOP extensions requires a previous 
	   installation of the main XOP


XAID [XAFS toolbox]
-------------------
  1) Double click on the setup file setup_xaid1.2.exe and follow the 
     instructions therein. 
  2) To start xaid use the new created entry in the start bar/programs.
     Alternatively, double-click on the icon in the desktop. 


TOPO [analysis on profiles and surfaces by Windt]
-------------------------------------------------
  1) Double click on the setup file setup_topo2.05.exe and follow the 
     instructions therein. 
  2) To start topo use the new created entry in the start bar/programs.
     Alternatively, double-click on the icon in the desktop.

IMD [Multilayers by Windt]
--------------------------
  1) Double click on the setup file setup_imd4.1.1.exe and follow the 
     instructions therein. 
  2) To start imd use the new created entry in the start bar/programs.
     Alternatively, double-click on the icon in the desktop.

SHADOWVUI [Visual user interface to the x-ray tracing program SHADOW)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
  1) Double click on the setup file setup_shadowvui1.0Beta4.1.exe and follow the 
     instructions therein. 
  2) To start shadowvui use the new created entry in the start bar/programs.
     Alternatively, double-click on the icon in the desktop. 

  NOTE: The SHADOW version 2.3.0 is included in this installation. You do 
        not need to install additional SHADOW files. 


NOP [Neutron Optics]
--------------------
  1) Double click on the setup file setup_nop1.0b1.exe and follow the 
     instructions therein. 
  2) To start imd use the new created entry in the start bar/programs.
     Alternatively, double-click on the icon in the desktop. 

  NOP includes IMD with a neutron databes.
